My name is Krista Krahling, my passion has always been helping people meet their needs. I specialize in property management. As a property manager it is my job to maintain vendor relationships, provide exceptional service, create agendas, run meetings, inspect properties, and so much more! My knowledge as a property manager helps me provide exceptional service to potential buyers and sellers in the Omaha area because I tend to look at each transaction from an operation and needs standpoint rather than a single sale. Maintaining a positive relationship even beyond the closing date is my top priority.

When I'm not working, I like to spend time with my three children. I volunteer my time as a librarian at my youngest child's school and cook meals for One Hope youth group.
